Most items ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

 Items Not Received

All items are shipped insured. If an item is not received after 15 days and there is has been no scanning activity, we will try to find out why and if necessary open a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for items you don't receive that are scanned as delivered.

Returns

Items listed in the Fragrance Category are non-returnable.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. Upon approval items must be shipped within 14 days. 

Refund for the original purchase price of the item, less shipping charges and any PayPal/Sezzle fees incurred (PayPal/Sezzle fees will also be deducted from buyer requested cancellations) will be issued upon receipt of item in new and unused condition with all tags intact and attached.

Items returned with the original tags missing or removed will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 

Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges including those incurred for items originally shipped free (e,g, if an item cost us $20 to ship, that amount will be deducted from the refund).

Items not returned within the specified time period will incur an additional 15% restocking fee.

In the event that we shipped the wrong item we will incur all shipping costs.
